The build-up of dust, hair and dirt particles is dangerous to your health, increases your maintenance costs and reduces the efficiency of your central air unit. But how many of you actually hire a professional cleaner to inspect and clean your ducts?

Arman Expert Air Vents and Duct Cleaning

Our cleaning process is simple, efficient and cost-effective. First we turn off furnace to ensure our workers can work safely. Then we locate access for truck powered hoses to the furnace area. We will locate and cut access holes into main hot and cold air ducts. We drill several access holes into all ducts (which will later be sealed with air tight caps). We will then mark damper locations and open them, if necessary.

Once positioned, we will attach our truck powered machine, with a large hose to the hot and/or cold main air ducts. All supply and return registers are sealed to create a vaccuum which blows down all hot and/or cold air ducts with high pressure air. We use our high pressure spinning air brush snake systems on both hot and cold main air ducts.

We will also do a complete J-channel compartment cleaning. Once finished, access holes will be sealed with tape gasket and cover plates which will be screwed in air tight. Our spinning air brush snake system is safe and will not damage your vents.

Before leaving the site we will close any open windows, check to see that the dampers have not moved and then turn the furnace back on. We will also inspect the furnace to see if any issues can be detected.
